Shubha mahodaya is an excellent and dedicated sanskrit teacher. She easily connects to her students and makes learning fun for all age groups. I found, encouragement and right amount of challenge to be on the sanskrit learning track , most valued part of my experience with the live sessions and the overall flow of the course. I am very grateful to Shubha mahodaya for being my sanskrit teacher. DhanyavaadH!

Read MoreI would like to thank Shubha for providing such a great introductory course into Sanskrit. Because I speak only one language (English), I found the course to be very challenging. However, the course itself is set out in a very logical way and I was able to follow. Shubha gave me a lot of assistance and was always ready and able to answer my questions. The online classes worked well. The group interacts and practises conversing what was learned during the week. One must commit themselves to studying each week because it is very easy to fall behind. Can I now speak Sanskrit? No. However, my knowledge of Sanskrit is much, much better for having done this course. And, I did not expect that I would be speaking Sanskrit in 16 weeks - that is simply too much to ask of myself or the course. Like everything, repetition is key to success and I will be repeating the course again soon. So what have I learned? I have learned a lot about Sanskrit grammar. My Sanskrit vocabulary has vastly improved. I understand sentence structure. I can read and write in the Devanagari script. As someone who has only used English for my whole life, I consider myself to have gained a good start on the long road of learning a new language. I look forward to repeating the course again. I highly recommend Shubha's YouTube videos, too. She is the same person online as in the videos - joyful, passionate and an expert teacher. Thank you, Shubha! Dan Alder from Australia.
